  5. In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the license agreement
  6. all public domain and shareware vendors must also comply with the following:

  8. ChartTamer MUST be copied in an unmodified form and CTAMR2.ZIP MUST
  9. contain the following files:

  35. -> No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested by
  36.    anyone without the express written permission in advance of Software 
  37.    Excellence By Design Inc.
  38.  
  39. -> Public Domain Disk Vendors May NOT CHARGE a fee for Zip Manager 4.0
  40.    itself. However you may include Zip Manager 4.0 on a diskette or other
  41.    media for which you charge a nominal distribution fee as long as the
  42.    conditions below are met.

  44.   VENDORS MUST
  45.   ------------
  46. 1. Notify purchaser of said media prior to accepting payment that the 
  47.    fee paid to acquire the media does NOT IN ANY WAY relieve purchaser 
  48.    from their contractual obgliation to purchase Zip Manager 4.0 if  
  49.    purchaser uses Zip Manager 4.0 beyond the 14 day evaluation period.
  50.      
  51. 2. The above statement MUST be printed on a label, or other form of
  52.    identification, that is DIRECTLY attached to the media being distributed
  53.    by ANY Public Domain or Shareware Disk Vendor without exception!
  54.  
  55. 3. Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
  56.    Zip Manager 4.0 for downloading by their users without written permission
  57.    ONLY AS LONG AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.  A fee may be charged
  58.    for access to the BBS AS LONG AS NO SPECIFIC FEE IS CHARGED FOR
  59.    DOWNLOADING Zip Manager 4.0 files without first obtaining the express
  60.    written permission in advance from Software Excellence By Design Inc. 
  61.    to charge such a fee.
